FlowDrop hosts merchant storefronts and tools that may display content uploaded or written by merchants and their shoppers (for example product images, descriptions, and reviews). We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a DMCA takedown notice

To be effective, your written notice must include the information in 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), including:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed (or a representative list if many works).
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example the store URL, product page, or review text).
• Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Email is the fastest channel. You may also mail a notice to the address above. We may forward your notice to the merchant who posted the material.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice that meets 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). Include your signature, identification of the removed material and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your name, address, and phone number, plus consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., any district where we may be found).

Repeat infringers

We may terminate accounts of merchants or users who are repeat infringers, as described in our Terms of service.
