Social: “Setup needed” on Connect

OAuth credentials are not active yet for that platform. You can still create and download videos. Try Connect again after we enable the platform, or email us if it persists.

Social: redirect_uri_mismatch

The platform rejected the callback URL. This is usually fixed on our side — email us with a screenshot if you see this after clicking Connect.

Instagram: no Business account found

Switch Instagram to a Professional (Business or Creator) account and link it to a Facebook Page you admin. Then reconnect in Settings.

TikTok posts as private only

Normal until TikTok approves public posting for third-party apps. Use the download option in Posting and upload manually from the TikTok app.

Supplier import failed or empty

• Re-check the API key in Products — no extra spaces.
• Confirm products exist in your supplier catalog.
• Some suppliers rate-limit — wait a few minutes and retry.

Custom domain not verifying

• DNS changes can take up to 24 hours.
• Remove conflicting A/CNAME records for the same hostname.
• Use the exact host name FlowDrop shows (often `www` or root).
