When a shopper checks out on your FlowDrop storefront, the order appears in Dashboard → Orders with line items, shipping address, and payment status.
For connected suppliers (Printful, Printify, CJ), fulfillment rules depend on your supplier account and product type. Monitor Orders for status updates and handle edge cases (out of stock, address errors) in your supplier dashboard.
Products you add by hand are fulfilled by you. FlowDrop collects the order details; you ship and update the customer directly.
Shoppers and returns
Your storefront shows shipping at checkout and links to your store policies. Return rules are set by you as the seller.
